All SD64 parents and guardians are welcome to attend workshop with refreshments/snacks provided the evening of Tuesday, February 4th in the Fernwood School Library. Topics included: Finding Hopem Thinking and Resilience, Tapping Kids' Resilience, Separate Realities, Navigating Moods and Keeping Your Bearings for the Long Haul. This workshop is free and is sponsored by a VIHA Community Wellness Grant.
