Thanks to all of the students and families who carried water in support of the SOPAR Fernwood School Great Water Walk in May.  Thanks to all of you, a total of $3871 was raised by your efforts and this means that we met our goal of providing 4 wells. We wanted to let you know that Robin Andison has delivered one of the 4 plaques so far, that we will display in the hall.  Each plaque will show the name of the village along with a photo of the well that now provides clean water! Here is our first photo for the village of Mulugu with their well (these women used to have to walk 6 kilometres to collect their water and then 6 kilometres back).
