BABYSITTING TRAINING Saturday September 23rd This course is designed for youth who want to become a certified babysitter. The Canadian Red Cross Babysitting course covers everything from managing di cult behaviors to essential content on leadership and professional conduct as a babysitter. There is also a large component on first aid training. Bring a lunch and water.
BALL HOCKEY FOR KIDS Ages 7-11 Mondays, 4-6pm Located: Portlock Park in the Multi-Sport Court $100 Have fun while learning the basic techniques of ball hockey with Coach Quentin. Young players will be creatively introduced to stick and ball handling and learn the fundamentals of the game. Equipment required: Helmet with cage, hockey stick, puck and knee pads. Other protective gear encouraged. We have some equipment available! Let us know at the time of registration if you need to borrow a stick or helmet.
FRIDAY ADVENTURE CAMP Ages 5-12 Fridays (when school is not in session) Stay active this Fall at Friday Adventure camp! This action packed camp will introduce you to different games, creative arts, community sports, expeditions, trips to the library and swimming at the pool. Campers 5 years of age who are in Kindergarten can register for Friday Adventure Camps. Please ensure your child has appropriate
clothing and footwear for the weather, snacks, lunch and water bottle.
