Kids Camp During Teachers’ Strike

PARC is responding to the BC Teachers’ Federation full scale strike by offering an all-day camp for children ages 5-12, next week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, June 17-19. Come one day, or all three.

Pre-registration is required, as we can only accommodate 16 participants each day. If the strike is averted, a full refund will be issued. If the strike continues the following week, the camp will be extended.

Staff, from our popular Camp Colossal program, will lead each day’s indoor/outdoor fun including games, crafts and sport activities.

Participants in this camp must currently be registered in school (K-7). Please send your child with a lunch, water bottle, snacks, sunscreen, and weather appropriate clothing and footwear.

The fee is $32 per day, 8:30am-4:30pm at Portlock Park.    The program may be cancelled due to insufficient registration.

Call 250-537-4448 to register, using VISA or MasterCard, or drop by the PARC office at 145 Vesuvius Bay Road.
